Our Differential Sensor Based Leak Testing Machine is designed to detect extremely small leaks with high precision, capable of measuring pressure drops as low as 0.1 Pascal. These multi-channel systems allow simultaneous testing of multiple chambers at different pressure settings and customizable reject criteria, ensuring flexible and accurate quality inspection.

The machine operates on the proven Pressure Decay Method. In this process, the component is first pressurized with a predefined gas—typically dry air. Once the required pressure is achieved, the system is isolated from the air supply. After a short stabilization period, the internal pressure is continuously monitored over a specified time interval.

Any variation in pressure indicates leakage. A rapid pressure drop signifies a major leak, while a gradual drop indicates a minor leak. If no pressure change is detected, the component is considered leak-free. Based on the component volume and pressure variation, the exact leak rate can be calculated with high accuracy
