RECOVERY TESTING

Recovery Testing is a critical validation process conducted to ensure that Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) can safely and efficiently resume normal operations after a fault, interruption, or emergency shutdown. This testing verifies the machine’s ability to recover without performance loss, safety risks, or process deviations.

Our Recovery Testing procedure evaluates system restart sequences, fault clearance mechanisms, control logic response, interlock functionality, and safety system performance. We simulate real-time fault conditions such as power failure, emergency stop activation, sensor errors, and communication interruptions to assess the machine’s stability and response accuracy.

The objective of Recovery Testing is to confirm that the machine returns to its predefined operating parameters without affecting product quality or operational efficiency. This process helps minimize downtime, prevent recurring failures, and ensure reliable long-term performance.
